FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Place guard in boiling water
- Sfter 8-10 seconds remove guard and any excess water and then ensuring that the guard is square in the mouth, press over the top teeth.
- In order that the guard fits round the backs of teeth suck your thumb hard.
- Pressing your lips together, bite your bottom teeth into the guardand then to mould the guard against the fronts of the top teeth,push against the outside top lip with your fingers.
THE GUARD MAY HAVE TO BE REHEATED AND THE ABOVE STEPS REPEATED TO GET THE REQUIRED FIT.
CONSULT YOUR DENTIST IF THE GUARD CANNOT BE ADAPTED TO STAY UP AND THEREBY CAUSES PAIN.
